Refund policy
At DR1FTD, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If, however, you are not completely satisfied, we offer you the possibility to return the products within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the package.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The product must be unworn, unused, without signs of wear, with the labels attached and in the original packaging.
- The return must be made together with proof of purchase (receipt, invoice or confirmation email).
- Returns sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS - NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
The following products cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal care or underwear products (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products purchased at a final discount (OUTLET or "Final Sale")
- Gift cards
DAMAGES OR DELIVERY ERRORS
Please inspect the package immediately upon receipt.
If you have received:
- a defective product,
- damaged during shipping,
- a product other than the one ordered,
Contact us urgently at contact@dr1ftd.com, attaching photos, and we will fix the problem as quickly as possible (exchange or full refund).
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you want a different size/model:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order
This is the fastest option.
LEGAL RETURN - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 DAYS)
For customers in the European Union, you have the legal right to return the order within 14 days of delivery, without any reason.
Condition: the product must be unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging.
REFUNDS
After we receive and check the returned product:
- You will receive a confirmation email
- If the return is approved, we will refund your money within 10 business days via the original payment method

SHIPPING COSTS
- If the return is due to our fault (wrong, defective product): we bear the shipping cost
- If you simply changed your mind: the customer bears the return shipping
